Hi
my name is Cindy Florez and I am the Parks and Recreation Director for the
city of Shelby. I have been studying fitness for the last 17 years and
I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor specializing in aerobics
and kickboxing. My goal is to promote wellness programs to the community of
Shelby. I want people to have fun and safe fitness facilities for everyone
